About Black Diamond Camp

Black Diamond Camp mission is to inspire Christ-like change through outdoor adventure, authentic relationships, and Biblical truth. Our Vision is to fully utilize the resources God has given us, inspiring each individual to leave Black Diamond more Christ-like, ready to make a difference in their own life, home and community.

We hire roughly 30-50 Summer staff to help us fulfill our mission and vision during the Summer months (Late May-End of August) and then hire part-time interns to help with our year-round retreat programs. Both positions are paid and have housing provided.
