What I liked
I really enjoyed the hands on learning and ability to complete projects that were given to me. Also being a part of large projects that others will use in the future and I can say I was a part of the building of those projects.
What I wish was different
I wished I could have worked with more skilled trades than just concrete in order to help me understand more of the world and gain more personal skills in the trades.
Advice
Don't be afraid to do trades work. There is lots of good money and careers in the trades. Great opportunities for everyone in the trades and plenty more opportunities to climb the ladders of the company you work for.

What I liked
I enjoyed the hands on learning and problem solving required to keep the jobs moving forward and to be completed on time. It was a high speed hard working team building attitude that also made working very enjoyable.
What I wish was different
I wished I had more time to learn and study the blueprints and other planning aspects of jobs.
Advice
Don’t be afraid of trade jobs. They pay well and you learn lots of valuable skills that can be applied in many areas of your life.

Be humble and don’t be a know it all. Be humble, open minded, adapt and overcome unexpected changes and challenges that may arise.
