Construction Laborer

May 2018 - August 2019 • Milwaukee, WI

What I liked

I really enjoyed the hands on learning and ability to complete projects that were given to me. Also being a part of large projects that others will use in the future and I can say I was a part of the building of those projects.

What I wish was different

I wished I could have worked with more skilled trades than just concrete in order to help me understand more of the world and gain more personal skills in the trades.

Advice

Don't be afraid to do trades work. There is lots of good money and careers in the trades. Great opportunities for everyone in the trades and plenty more opportunities to climb the ladders of the company you work for.
