What I liked

Being a part of this internship program was an extremely valuable and rewarding experience. I enjoyed how I had my individual responsibilities/project, as well as a group project with 3 fellow interns. The group project included a presentation to the company's leadership team and other employees during the last week of the program which was a very valuable experience. Additionally, there are several other networking activities as part of the program, which allowed us to connect with fellow interns and employees as well as learn about different industries, roles, and career paths.

International Change Control Support Analysis Intern

What I liked

I was exposed to a lot of different industries. Nature's Bounty really allowed the interns to learn about all the different aspects of the company and hosted an intern career day where we were able to pick a different department from our own to shadow. The entire experience was very comprehensive and gave the interns the ability to get a "taste" of the industry.

What I wish was different

Advice

I would recommend that any intern for any company would venture out and seek any opportunities that they can find within the company. More often than most, people are willing to let you shadow their positions and take the time to teach you about the company.

What I liked

Liked the people; it was super lovely to have a lot of interns to work with across departments for our projects.

What I wish was different

The communication leaves a lot to be desired. I'm not coming back even with the return offer because it's not the field I want to do; little room for a lot of work in the day.

Keep yourself busy; stay hungry.

What I liked

The Nature's Bounty Co. had a very structured internship program which allowed the interns to thrive. I had an enjoyable experience getting to work on my own personal projects as well as a group project with six other interns.
