Responsibilities:
• Performing field evaluations as directed by others to gather required data that will assist in Epics evaluation.
• Research codes, product manufacturer’s information and industry standards to assist in engineering evaluations and assist engineer on repair protocols
• Coordinate directly with clients on a regular basis and coordinate with subcontractors and laboratories for various projects.
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling work to employees, assist in generating work results, information request, and assist in scheduling and compiling client deliverables and scheduling field visits.
• Conduct field investigations and analyze failures involving all types of structures and construction problems including residential commercial and industrial properties. Assignments may include evaluations from a swing stage, roof evaluations, underwater diving assessments, building system site accidents and building egress accident evaluations, construction failures, delays and other issues in construction project schedules, repair protocols, construction project management and design specifications.
• Providing construction management for clients
• Provide special inspections for construction projects
• Responsible for retention and development of client relations and promote self to client groups
• Deliver professional presentation and be responsible for and ensure deliverable timeliness
• If for any reason production falls behind, you are responsible for determining the best way to get back on schedule
