Expansion Coordinator

Cranial Technologies manufactures the DOC Band®, a customized medical device that reshapes babies’ heads. The Expansion Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of new clinic set-ups and existing clinic remodels as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance for all 30+ clinical locations. The ideal candidate is someone with a strategic mindset, a creative streak with an eye for space and excellent organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Planning - Drawing up space plans for new and existing locations
  • Expansion - New clinic set up, will require a minimum of 30% travel throughout the U.S.
  • Administration - Approve Invoices, schedule and coordinate deliveries of supplies and furniture
  • Liaison - Follow up with existing facilities to ensure all needs are being met, function as liaison between facilities/expansion group and clinic staff, troubleshoot clinic issues
Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience or education in art/architecture/engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional business setting
  • Eye for 2 dimensional design
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
