Entry- level Engineer / Project Controls Specialist - Chicago
The Water Business Line Arcadis is currently searching for an Engineer / Closeout Specialist to join our Force Account team at the Chicago Department of Water Management (DWM). Responsibilities include the closeout of projects from developers and outside agencies to get Chicago Department of Water Management reimbursed in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will work well independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited too:
- Review design and as-built drawings
- Analyze project information and construction reports
- Compile closeout package and analyze design estimate and actual costs
- Develop reimbursement requests to submit to the Accounting Department
- Work closely with schedule and budget staff to provide comprehensive reporting
- Maintain Closeout Database
- Maintain good relationships with the client and internal team
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Microsoft Office skills
