Manufacturing Engineer (Apriso)

Duties:

·      Define and document end to end process flow for various domains like final assembly, body in white, paint, quality, etc. including process planning assembly, ergonomic, robotic & discrete event simulation methodologies and best practices

·      Propose, program or configure, document and test business solution in DELMIA Apriso application according to the functional and technical requirements

·      Primary Onsite / Offshore person for the DELMIA Apriso solutions

·      Required to have an in-depth understanding of the DELMIA Apriso solutions

·      Responsible for coordinating with Apriso Product Support to resolve application related issues (if any).

·      Responsible for application(s) technical architecture analysis, design, implementation, and reviews; and ensure that the product fulfills the requirements

·      Responsible for creating low level design, configuration, integration (SAP, PLC) documents for finalized requirements

·      Responsible for reviewing and certifying design documents

 

Requirements:

 

·      Experience administering and configuring DELMIA Apriso solutions, integrations with shop floor systems and ERP, PLM and other systems

·      Working experience in design, architecture and Implementation of DELMIA Apriso based solutions

·      Working experience in manufacturing sites (Complex Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense Industry), Conducting End Users workshops

·      Experience in managing production, quality, inventory, maintenance modules preferably in Complex Manufacturing Industry

·      Exposure to mapping of business processes, generating functional requirement, conceptualizing solutions for identified to-be processes

·      Experience in Enterprise Application Integration technologies particularly in developing Functional Specification / technical mapping for the interface to be built between DELMAI Apris and SAP

·      Basic understanding of Plant Automation, Plant operations, Mfg / Industry knowledge, Mfg Engineering

3+ years of progressive experience as an IT Consultant, Business Analyst, Configuration Specialist, or other position related to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and DELMIA Apriso solution, that includes the following:
