Intern II Interior Building Modeling

Property Management Department has approximately 175 employees and is responsible for the maintenance and operations of multiple buildings and grounds throughout Manatee County.
The successful intern will work in the Energy and Sustainability Division on an interior building modeling project. As floor plans are created, they will then be converted into a CAD file which will be added to and integrated into our PenBay InVision Asset Management GIS software.
Work performed is generally routine, well-defined and repetitive. Work may be sedentary or labor intensive, and performed under close supervision. Typically, jobs at this level are clerical, office or customer support, and general labor in nature.
This is a temporary position that may not exceed twelve (12) months. Incumbent must be bona-fide student in an accredited educational or vocational program.
