We have an excellent opportunity for a Electrical Engineering Co-Op for Titan America located in Medley Florida. This internship will report directly to the Corporate Electrical Engineer.  
Responsibilities
  • Manage and archive the documentation of the electrical equipment. Compile and categorize drawings, manuals, etc in physical and digital copies.
  • Create a folder tree structure that matches the one line and locations
  • Search the digital archives and put files in the correct place
  • Search the hard copies, scan to pdf, name and archive drawings
  • Organize the hard copy library.
  • Assist with data lists- spare parts lists – maintenance plans
  • Edit lists of spare parts and equipment data
  • Add information from one line and the digital library.
  • Provide/create documentation and data for maintenance activities.
  • Enhance the electrical installation single line drawing in Autocad. We have the data available in the power system analysis software, but it is not in a practical, easy to use format. The intern could transfer this information to an Autocad drawing, in a printable format for use by the plant maintenance team.
  • Edit the existing Autocad drawing
  • Add text with equipment data
  • Add location descriptions to drawing
  • Create layouts for printout 
Required Skills
  • At least a Junior or Senior in Electrical Engineering or a recent graduate looking to gain additional experience
  • Enjoys organization and ability to organize data and documents into systems
  • Familiar with Autocad preferred but not necessary
  • Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
