CRM (Database) Administrator for Financial Firm

Role: CRM (Database) Administrator

Location: Miami, FL

Job Type: Internship with incentives

This is an unpaid internship, but does offer incentives to the right candidate. You are required to receive academic credit for your participation in this internship program.)

Hours: Mon to Fri – TBD – 10 - 20 Hours per week

Position Overview/Job Description:

We are in search of a client relationship management administrator to keep track of (that's the “management” part) everything they do (the “relationship” part) with our existing and potential customers. The right applicant would to assist us around 10-20 hours per week for the duration of the 3 months to potentially a year. You will work directly with our Client Relationship Specialist.

The CRM Administrator is responsible for the overall administration and support for the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. The successful candidate is not necessarily a technologist, but a person:
  • with a good understanding how a CRM should and can be utilized across the organization.
  • who has skills using online technology and has the curiosity and expertise to learn a CRM and participate in the CRM community.
  • who is someone who wants to be a go-to person for the users. The candidate should be an advocate for the CRM within the organization and help to appropriately expand its use.
  • who takes data quality seriously and works to maintain a clean and unfettered database.
  • gather, identify, and analyze CRM software requirements and ensure that they are met.
  • assist in creation of long-term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use.
  • monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration.
Requirements are:
  • Enrolled in a related college program
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proficient computer skills
  • Able to prioritize and work efficiently and accurately (meet deadlines and complete assignments on time)
  • Strong internet research skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision and direction
  • Works well in a team setting
Outcomes:
  • Intern will have knowledge of real world Financial Services Industry and small business marketing
  • Be exposed to expansion projects related to growing the company
  • Be able to learn from the leader of the industry
This is an unpaid internship. You are required to receive academic credit for your participation in this internship program. We will discuss an incentive plan with the right applicant.
