2019 Summer Internship Program
Taylor Engineering, Inc. is hosting a summer internship program for 2019 based out of our Jacksonville, FL office. Interns will gain practical experience by observing and participating in day-to-day conduct of projects related to field of interest. Taylor Engineering will provide interns opportunities for application and development of professional methods and skills through actual practice. Emphasis is placed on developing competence in basic professional methods such as analysis, financial responsibility, planning, record keeping, promotion, programming, public speaking, and team building/work. Inters will also gain insight to the entire life-cycle of a project, and see firsthand how Taylor Engineering operates as a business.
This internship program will begin in late May and conclude in late July. Specific dates to be determined soon.
Water Resources Engineering Intern
- The water resources engineering intern will assist in engineering work involving hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, flood risk analysis, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- The intern applicant must be completing his/her bachelor’s degree.
- Part-time availability preferred.
