Social Media Manager and Customer Care

Looking for a passionate, engaging, collaborative person who is eager into making the world a better place. Job will be primarily customer care and social media management, but because we are a tech startup, person will have the opportunity to help out in many other areas of the business.
Here are the job's responsibilities:

Manage accounts of all organization who will participate in our pilot program providing the best customer care possible, reporting bugs, creating surveys, and suggesting different ways to inspire our customers to use more our app.

Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIN, and Tweeter) and present posts and videos on weekly basis
o   Create new posts
o   Create new/ viral videos
o   Grow # of followers
o   Increase engagement
·        Weekly research on tech trends and news on NPO industry

We are looking for someone to be our social media manager. We are currently a startup of technology and need to build our social media strategy. So we are looking for someone who will work with our head of marketing and manifest the strategy by creating post and videos and engaging with our followers and trying to increase our page numbers.

other potential job responsibilities:
- Marketing Research
- prospecting of clients & and other responsibilities related to business development
- writing KPIs reports (excellence on excel, word and Power point)
participation on investors’ meeting

Marketing &/or business students preferably
