Creative Services Graphic Designer

WTA
Summary:      Based in St. Petersburg, FL, the Creative Services Graphic Designer is responsible for coordinating and producing all creative materials for the WTA. Responsibilities include collaborating with and assisting the Design Team in developing and producing all WTA corporate branding and creative designs, including but not restricted to partnerships, marketing, communications, advertising, and brand promotion (print, digital).
Reports to:     Senior Manager, Creative Services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and produce print and digital materials including original graphics for WTA and its members with emphasis on partnerships, marketing, communications, advertising, and brand promotion
  • Conceptualize and produce creative designs for partnership outreach, WTA events, new products, invitations, partners promotional collateral, and special projects that integrate brand messaging and style guidelines
  • Execute design and production for campaigns and new products identity development that fulfill creative brief requirements
  • Develop concept and design corporate collateral materials and advertising that support strategic objectives
  • Work closely with internal teams including but not restricted to Partnerships, Member Relations, and Sports, Sciences & Medicine to develop presentations and collateral materials
  • Blend photography, imagery, charts, text and multimedia elements to create high-impact proposals, presentations and reports
  • Quality control WTA brand standards for internal and external usage
  • Copywriting
  • Implement organizational skills to coordinate multiple graphic projects within scope, quality, time and budget of each project
  • Meet aggressive deadlines for design/production without sacrifice of quality
Desired skills and background:
  • University Education in Graphic Design, Marketing and/or other related field
  • 2-3 Years In-House Creative Services, Marketing, Advertising or Design Agency experience
  • Must be outstanding in ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities
  • An online portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design skills
  • Tennis knowledge desirable
  • High level of professionalism
  • Self motivated and ability to work independently
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong experience in Adobe Creative Cloud software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
