Operations Associate
Responsibilites:
Assist in day-to day operations including but not limited to: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, Business Development, IT, and communications
Assist with accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including monthly review of invoices
Review and collect company wide reports including employee forecasts and billable time year to date
Communicate with potential and current clients to ensure smooth flow of invoicing, proposals and other contracts
Communicate with company employees and contractors to ensure smooth flow of time entries and information from management to employees
Work with Business Operations Manager and management team to implement new business processes
Assist with recruitment of new full-time staff, part-time staff, and consultants
Support travel planning and logistics for client visits
Manage or assist with client, consultants and vendor relationships
Assist with business development activities, such as posting white papers, showcasing company strengths, highlights thru LinkedIn
Assit with training activities, HR functions as needed
