Riverside Research’s Intelligence and Defense Solutions (IDS) directorate is currently seeking undergraduate and graduate students pursuing scientific, technical, engineering, or mathematic (STEM) degrees from accredited universities and colleges for intern/co-op positions. Selected candidates will primarily support our efforts at the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Areas of potential employment/exposure include software prototyping, radar theory/application, electronic warfare, artificial intelligence/machine learning, IT architecture, etc…


Job Responsibilities:
The Riverside Research Intelligence and Defense Solutions (IDS) directorate is comprised of exceptionally talented and dedicated individuals, working as a team, to assist Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers in accomplishing their critical missions. We provide dedicated services spanning program management and advocacy, systems engineering, research and development, intelligence analytics, mission planning, and software engineering. 


Candidates for this position will complete a background investigation leading to a top secret clearance with SCI adjudication.

Qualifications:
We are currently seeking students pursuing degrees in: 
• Electrical Engineering;
• Computer Engineering;
• Computer Science;
• Physics;
• Mathematics;
• Other related scientific/technical fields.

Required Qualifications:
Able to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
At least one software development course
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented
Interest in radar theory/application

Desired Qualifications:
Classes or experience in any artificial intelligence projects
Enterprise architecture tool experience (e.g. CASEWISE, CAMEO)
Experience with needs documentation (e.g. use cases, concepts of operation)
IT Certifications
