Account Manager

Job Description:
  • Responsible for individual goal and sales team to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets.
  • Keep data integrity and timely updated in the system, accurate planning and forecasting to meet monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets
  • Cooperate with internal resources and functional supports to complete sales approval processes.
  • Developing new accounts, deploying growth initiatives, achieving growth targets.
  • Identify business opportunities with range of customer contacts

Qualifications:
  • Degree qualified in commerce/business/engineering – an advantage
  • 5-year experiences of technical sales operation (associated industry experience as minimum)
  • Experiences in construction related business as Building Automation, Heating Ventilation Air Condition, Security, Fire etc.
  • Sales process understanding/disciplined
  • High levels of energy to pursuit results with outstanding performance records
  • Enterprise level customer relationship and development skills
  • Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
