Territory Sales Manager Southeast (Southern Alabama, Southern Georgia, and Florida)

BIG KAISER is an industrial tooling company located in Hoffman Estates, IL. We are a global supplier of precision metal cutting tools and machine tool accessories. BIG KAISER designs, manufactures and markets premium high-precision tooling systems and solutions for the Automotive, Aerospace, Agriculture, Energy, and Medical industries among others.

We are currently looking for a professional salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will have knowledge and background in metal cutting and machine tool technology. This position will be based in the assigned territory, preferably Northern Florida or Southern Georgia.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, minimum 40 hours per week. Overtime and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Some travel is required.

Responsibilities
  • Service existing customer base and identify new opportunities in assigned territory (Southern Alabama, Southern Georgia, and Florida).
  • Utilizing technical strengths of engineering and product support team to reach agreed upon sales targets for territory.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of product assortment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technical or sales-related field; experience in industrial sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge and understanding of industrial distribution.
  • Ability to work with both end-users and industrial distributors in identifying and applying tools to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Specific knowledge of industrial distributors and end users in the area is a plus.
