Embedded Firmware Engineer (US Citizenship Required)
Seeking cross-functional engineers excited about learning new skills and working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams to create new technology. We are looking for candidates of all technical majors with experience or interest in any of the following fields:
- Embedded controls, including microcontrollers, embedded software, VHDL, RTL design, RTOS, or Labview
- Firmware design and verification, including VHDL, Verilog, and/or SystemVerilog
- Familiarity with Electro-optics design, especially regarding coherent fiber optic communication a plus.
Job responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing control systems using FPGAs and/or embedded software
- Documenting and presenting designs to key stakeholders
- Working with an interdisciplinary team throughout the product life cycle
