To volunteer for this event you must be at least 18 years old on the event date. 

For an all-inclusive learning experience, volunteers may rotate through various areas for hands-on skills acquisition, including: Guest Registration, Credential Management, Inventory Management, Parking, Team Hydration, Chill Lounge, VIP Lounge, Volunteer HQ, Photo Booth, Seminar Pavilion, Front of the House and Culinary Support (Plating). 

Volunteers will be outdoors for most of the event. 

Various overlapping shifts are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. 

Students who are selected to volunteer must sign the Release and Waiver form
