Sasaki 2020 Summer Internships (Architecture, Interiors, Landscape, Civil Engineering, Planning, Urban Design, Graphic Design, Marketing + Communications)

Are you an enthusiastic student with big ideas for the built environment? Are you looking for a chance to work with a diverse, interdisciplinary team of designers and tackle some of the world’s most interesting design and planning challenges? Does this video get you excited about the possibilities? Apply now for Sasaki's 2020 Summer Internship program!

We are seeking interns for:

-Architecture
-Interior Design
-Landscape Architecture
-Civil Engineering
-Planning
-Urban Design
-Graphic Design
-Marketing & Communications

The program kicks off with an interdisciplinary design charrette—a unique two-week project that serves as an introduction to the firm and the summer’s class of interns. Interns will then work on current Sasaki projects alongside our architects, landscape architects, interior designers, planners, urban designers, strategists, civil engineers, and graphic designers.

Sasaki interns get hands-on experience, develop valuable professional connections, and gain a deep understanding of how a leading firm operates and innovates. While roles and responsibilities range based on the discipline and on-going project work of the firm at the time, interns can expect to further their working knowledge of industry standard technologies, softwares and best practices. For example, a marketing intern may get hands-on experience with Salesforce and various social media tracking technologies, while an architecture intern will be working with Rhino, Revit, CAD, etc. The interns will all be a part of live project teams delivering real-world solutions and tangible productions. Specific information and descriptions of each discipline can be found at Sasaki.com.

An internship with Sasaki offers an invaluable opportunity for professional growth as well as a fun and memorable summer experience. When you work at Sasaki, you sign up to work alongside a diverse group of design professionals who are deeply committed to improving the world through design. We are proud of both the work and the culture we continuously cultivate here, supported by everyone's diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and interests. Sasaki is one of the leading multi-disciplinary design firms in the world, with 300+ employees based primarily in the Boston region and over 800 awards for excellence in our architecture, site, and planning and urban design practices.
