Probabilistic Analysis/Coastal Hazards Engineer/Scientist

This position could be filled by Civil/Coastal/Risk/Seismic Engineer, Statistician, or Atmospheric Scientist. Technical tasks consist of performing probabilistic coastal hazard analyses, stochastic simulations, and probabilistic modeling. Needs to have knowledge or a willingness to develop expertise on storm climatology and atmospheric characterization of extreme storm events. Programming and software-development skills, including Python and Matlab are a must. Must be a U.S. citizen.
