Each summer, KPMG offers opportunities for students to develop their global leadership skills and gain new perspectives on public accounting through one of our summer leadership programs. These programs, offered at the international, national and local levels, allow students to:

• Explore audit, tax, or advisory career opportunities with KPMG,

• Network with other student leaders and KPMG professionals; and

• Get a jump start on the campus recruiting process.

Discover KPMG is a local leadership program that gives students a first-hand look at a career at a global professional services firm. Participants will network directly with local office leadership, client service professionals, and recruiters. Activities may range from technical case studies, leadership development workshops, and community service to exposure to client engagement situations. Students will gain insight into what it means to be a professional at KPMG.

KPMG’s Global Advantage Leadership Program, is an interactive global training program focused on enhancing participants’ existing leadership skills, while meeting and networking with other student leaders from across the country and around the world. In addition to the KPMG Partner-led training sessions, participants will gain a global perspective and build their network through interactions with KPMG professionals and clients from outside the US.
