Temporary Sport Programs Archery Program Assistant
Job Summary:
The Recreation Services is currently seeking a Sport Programs Archery Program Assistant to join their team of professionals. Duties include:
- Assist in the management of the day-to-day operation of Sport Programs Archery.
- Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating Sport Programs Staff as assigned.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement an Archery program.
- Serve as the lead instructor during Archery Workshop sessions.
- Manage workshop session registrations.
- Maintain inventory of Archery equipment and replenish supplies.
- Create monthly participation and equipment inventory reports.
- Assist with marketing efforts for Archery workshop sessions.
- Recruit members to develop a collegiate Archery Sport Club.
- Assess effectiveness and satisfaction of services and facilities.
- Maintain weekly office hours.
- Assist in creating and developing policies and procedures.
- Provide quality facilities & exceptional customer service.
- Ensure a safe environment for participants and employees.
- Attend all meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of office or related experience providing administrative support, or coordinating functions of an office or department.
- CPR/AED & First Aid certification
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

Advertised Salary:
- $11.00/hour to $12.00/hour
