Temporary Sport Programs Archery Program Assistant

Job Summary:
The Recreation Services is currently seeking a Sport Programs Archery Program Assistant to join their team of professionals. Duties include:
 
  • Assist in the management of the day-to-day operation of Sport Programs Archery.
  • Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating Sport Programs Staff as assigned.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement an Archery program.
  • Serve as the lead instructor during Archery Workshop sessions.
  • Manage workshop session registrations.
  • Maintain inventory of Archery equipment and replenish supplies.
  • Create monthly participation and equipment inventory reports.
  • Assist with marketing efforts for Archery workshop sessions.
  • Recruit members to develop a collegiate Archery Sport Club.
  • Assess effectiveness and satisfaction of services and facilities.
  • Maintain weekly office hours.
  • Assist in creating and developing policies and procedures.
  • Provide quality facilities & exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure a safe environment for participants and employees.
  • Attend all meetings and trainings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of office or related experience providing administrative support, or coordinating functions of an office or department.
  • CPR/AED & First Aid certification
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment

Advertised Salary:
  • $11.00/hour to $12.00/hour

Temporary Disclosure:
