FOX News Media is looking for an Administrative Assistant, Digital Ad Sales to join their team in New York, NY. In this entry-level position, as the Administrative Assistant, Digital Ad Sales, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives on the Fox News Media Digital Ad Sales team.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a liaison between Executives and a wide array of internal and external contacts.
- Answer busy phones
- Schedule meetings
- Arrange travel
- Draft correspondences
- Prepare expense reports
- Maintain mailing and email lists, databases, and other files and assets for the team
- Update weekly reports
- Invoice processing
- Special projects as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Strong internship/work experience preferably in media
- Strong computer skills: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Ability to manage time and priorities
- Strong organizational skills
- A self-starter attitude with a strong interest in digital media
