Sales Design Consultant
We are looking to complete our selected team in South Florida with bright, highly motivated, passionate goal-driven, and inspired professionals wishing to be Sales Design Consultants.
We are seeking individuals with great public relations with a taste for Design, Architecture, Construction, Furniture, or Ultra High-end Goods.
Our industry is niche within the Ultra-Luxury construction sector. Thus our team should have a taste for refinement and a desire to establish professional relationships with high-end architects, designers and builders, and those who build 50M homes.
The Design Consultant will be accountable for:
- Presenting, promoting and marketing products according to the commercial plan.
- Very good communication and interaction with the clients. Management and development of customers.
- Meeting customers’ needs and expectations.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and sales staff.
- Effectively use promotional materials such as samples, portfolios, brochures, and presentations preparation; both digital and physical.
- Use direct marketing techniques to increase sales effectiveness. Participate at trade fairs, networking, and other events.
- Actively participates in the planning and implementation of the sales strategy.

- Have a sales mentality and think creatively to successfully cultivate new business opportunities.
- Interpersonal competencies and presentation skills. Excellent oral, written communication skills and excellent telephone manners.
- A team worker: Energetic personality, positive thinking, diplomacy, and efficiency; with the ability to take constructive criticism.
- Sense of significant detail, focus, and design-oriented.
- We expect someone to speak and write English with (close to) zero grammatical mistakes. Spanish a plus
- Familiar with the design, architecture, and construction language.
- Able to understand analyze and interpret: architectural drawings, construction details.
- Problem solver. Organized and good planner, efficient in time management and able to work under pressure.
- IOS operating skills, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet, etc.
