Product Quality Engineer
SUMMARY:
Qorvo is seeking Product Quality Engineers to support new product development activities for the Mobile Products Business Unit. As a PQE you will interact with many different engineering organizations and various management positions, and you will be viewed as a representative of the Quality organization. You are expected to be a successful leader, understand development and manufacturing processes, and have management potential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for product qualifications
- Use Potential Problem Analysis techniques to identify and resolve product and technology reliability risks
- Define qualification plans and schedules, and drive execution to support timely product releases
- Lead or participate in problem resolution teams for complex technical issues
- Ensure an excellent customer experience with Qorvo products at assembly and in the field
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or other related engineering field
- Excel at working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and collaborative business environment
- Understand how semiconductors work / familiarity with RF devices is a bonus
