Jr. Architect
Responsibilities:
- Produce designs for proposed structures using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and manual drafting
- Assist in creating preliminary design conceptual plans that meet the requirements of clients and codes.
- Present preliminary design plans to client/management for approval
- Specify important details for a building project such as square footage details, materials, colors and details.
- Exchange information and ideas with other building design professionals to add to their pool of knowledge
- Document and keep record of architectural designs and other relevant information required for filing purposes
- Modify created designs on request of management or client
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- At least 0-1 years of experience working on residential, commercial or 3-D rendering design experience.
- At least 0-1 years of experience working on building construction or civil projects
- Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components
- Proficient in MSOffice Suite, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD Architecture and/or Revit
- Ability to effectively present and communicate information internally and externally, verbally, graphically and in writing.
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage own work flow.
