The objective of this internship program is to gain real world experience with engineering duties and project management within the public sector. The schedule will be set up to gain field experience joined with the office environment and typical process of local public works and companies. End result will be a full design cycle and construction project. This position will also spend time shadowing and assisting a Professional Engineer working in the Public Sector.

This internship will include, but not limited to:
  • Civil Design and Drafting
  • Stormwater & Environmental Engineering
  • Civil & Roadway Engineering
  • Material testing and sampling
  • Basic Survey and Site Layout
  • Hands on Construction Experience
  • Site Safety and OSHA Training
  • Project Management
  • Public Communication and Presentation
