Technical Sales Engineer

Overview:
Our company is expanding our ESS business, and we are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to further expand our reach in the North American Market. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for growing our base and brand in the American market by securing new projects and building relationships with key players in the industry.

Responsibilities:
• Lead sales process including strategy development, proposal generation, negotiations and close.
• Grow Gotion market share in Utility, Commercial and Residential ESS markets by developing strategic partnerships and alliances
• Nurture the relationship with leading Energy Storage project developers at multiple levels to ensure that Gotion is the supplier of choice for batteries.
• Manage all stages of the sales cycle to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals in assigned target markets.
• Meet sales targets
• Participate in industry conferences, networking committees and etc. and maintain close connection to trends in the competitive market;
• Negotiate contracts with key customers, partners, vendors, consultants, installation subcontractors to leverage and scale Gotion’s ESS competitive position in the world

Qualifications:
 * New graduates preferred *
• 1 years of experience in business development in the renewable energy sector
• 1 years of utility renewable energy sales is preferred
• BA/BS in Finance, Marketing, Engineering or other related field (MBA preferred)
• 1 years in the energy sector, specifically ESS• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Experience working in a startup or similar environment
• Global experience and an understanding of multicultural nuances that drive the decision-making process
