Engineering Assistant for Power and Propulsion Element Avionics

Student will be assisting engineers with the design, build, and test of space flight hardware and the accompanying documents. Work will include assisting with authorship of test procedures, checkout procedures, conducting tests, data analysis, parts tracking, software development and debugging, and other duties associated with the PPE avionics activities, especially as related to Time-Triggered Ethernet.

Area of Expertise: Communications Technology and Development

Eligibility requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Cumulative 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
  • Full-time students (high school through graduate)
  • Enrollment in a degree granting institution
  • 16 years of age at the time of application (no exceptions)
