The Role
With a focus on engineering principles, you will have a chance to participate in a number of cross functional projects to solve business problems. This role combines product and equipment engineering, data/ analytics, and stakeholder feedback to develop transformative solutions.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Successful candidate will be able to synthesize a variety of engineering principles with customer pain points and business needs to develop exciting, customer-centric, value-driving experiences
  • The role requires a willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to develop engineering solutions to a variety of different applications in the pharmaceutical technology space
  • Success in this role relies heavily on the ability to work cross-functionally as well as independently.
  • This person will also need to have strong oral and written communication skills to explain concepts clearly and gain alignment from stakeholders
  • Ideal candidates love to explore new technologies and take on challenges
  • Other duties as assigned
The Candidate
To be eligible for an internship at Catalent, you must meet the following requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Must be an undergraduate or graduate student in Engineering, or related field of study
  • Eligible to legally work in the United States
  • Able to work full time (40 hours/week) for a 10-12-week period
  • Physical requirements: this individual will be able to lift 30 pounds as this may involve work in various mechanical areas.
