Q&A
Research Intern
June - August 2017 • Malibu, CA
What I liked
Smart people, cool r&d projects, incredible location, old-school investment in employees, free coffee
What I wish was different
Interns were scattered both in projects and spatially, combined with an older (mostly male) demographic made social life lacking
Advice
Don't be afraid to start conversations with random people, ask everyone what they work on to learn about stuff outside your project

Structural Dynamics Intern
May - August 2017 • Malibu, CA
What I liked
A lot of freedom to do things. Could take part and high level design decisions and had a lot of responsibility in the project.
What I wish was different
A more structured intern program
