I really enjoyed the environment and the culture. In the Product Support department you are around many other college students so it is a very laid back environment.
What I wish was different
I wish they had more part-time opportunities in another departments to expand on different skills.

You will never know everything so always ask questions when needed.

What I liked
I enjoyed being able to see what a software developer really did day-to-day. I got to speak to senior developers and learn from them. I also got to experience corporate America for the first time.
What I wish was different
I wish that I had more one on one coaching time with the developers and other members of the team.
Advice
I would learn more about how an entire application is developed. Extra points if you can develop an application yourself. It doesn't have to be fancy, just something with a front end and a back end would be huge.
