The interaction with students in the student Success be it in-person, via email or phone. The staff was amazing, and very helpful to assist me in getting to knoow everythinng in a short period of time.
What I wish was different
An explanatory list of important things/resources that students should have. This would result in students having few questions and when they do, they know what to do and who to see.
Advice
My job was fantastic and as always panctuality is key, listening and adjusting to mistakes quickly and getting back on track.
