I liked how passionate my manager was in helping me grow. He also had the team try to involve me as much as possible.
What I wish was different
I wish my team wasn't so global because I think in person meetings and work time would've been more effective.
Advice
Be proactive and ask if you can work on anything consistently while updating your team on what you're doing!

I loved the environment and the willingness to always teach me. We had lunch and learns where all departments would speak to us about their positions.

Always ask questions, from the beginning. I started getting more comfortable in the middle and I wish I was more comfortable in the beginning.

I worked on real client projects, there were lots of other interns, and the people we're lovely
What I wish was different
Mullen is very siloed, so there is some department rivalry. You are also on your own to find work a lot, which is a great opportunity to show initiative, but can be a pain.
Advice
Ask questions, talk to as many people as you can, and take on as much responsibility as possible.
