Le Sirenuse Line Cook- Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club

The Le Sirenuse Cook is responsible for preparing lunch, and dinner, food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

We are looking for an individuals who are passionate about Italian cuisine! Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are required in this position. The Line Cook works together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product and the ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors is required. The Line Cook position is required to operate, maintain and properly clean a deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, meat and cheese slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill. Proficient knife skills are also required. This position also requires continuous standing for up to 8 hrs per shift and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. A minimum of 1 year of culinary or related work experience is preferred alongside a Culinary education.
