This position is a pipeline position for entry-level Electrical Engineering positions at Newport News Shipbuilding. This position will not be filled, but used to collect resumes of entry-level Electrical Engineers interested in working at Newport News Shipbuilding.

Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks. Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.

Some positions (but not all) may require the ability to physically access a wide variety of work sites, including those aboard ships under various stages of construction, including the use of vertical and inclined ladders, and may involve limited kneeling, stooping, standing, etc.
