The services are aimed at assisting clients in resolving business issues related to Accounting, Regulations, Transactions and Valuation. Financial Markets brings deep experience in areas, including accounting change, regulatory reform, analysis and valuation of portfolios and portfolio acquisitions, cash flow modeling, securitization and other structured transactions, governance, operations and financial systems. Built around transactions related to Financial Instruments and Real Estate, the Financial Markets group has deep experience in many aspects of these transactions (e.g., financial modeling, servicing, asset analysis and due diligence, closings and issuance, trustee and bond administration operations, reporting (investor, financial, compliance), technology and transaction surveillance). Complementing the transactional knowledge, along with the specializations in accounting, regulatory and valuation, Financial Markets includes other professionals within the practice, who provide subject matter specialization in other significant areas within the Financial Instrument and Real Estate spaces, including tax, modelling, and infrastructure (e.g., model governance, operations and systems).
