Construction/Restoration Project Manager with Auto CAD
We are seeking a Construction/Restoration Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
· Allocate resources for assigned projects
· Prepare structural and repair specifications, observation reports, and contract documents
· Ensure the project proceeds in a timely manner, or ability to explain the delays
· Interface with contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
· Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
· Understanding of the Critical Path Method
· Previous experience in construction management or other related fields, 5 year minimum
· Familiarity with construction management software, AutoCAD experience necessary
· Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required
· Strong leadership qualities
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Deadline and detail-oriented
