ANALYST - ENGINEER - RESEARCH ENGINEER - MACHINE LEARNING

Job Summary:

Join a team that develops creative solutions for existing and future next-generation technologies for high reliability applications including; embedded software for space instruments and spacecraft components, aerospace and oil & gas applications. Interact with technical clients and colleagues to understand requirements and constraints of the task objectives. Work in various phases of the system lifecycle including; applied research, requirements generation, design, implementation, testing, integration, installation, and documentation.

Education/Experience:

Requires a BS or MS degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 0-3 years of experience. Must have at least a 3.25 GPA. Coursework in microprocessor software and/or hardware, signal/image processing, instrumentation and sensors, signal processing, instrumentation and sensors preferred. Experience in C, C++, and/or Python preferred; experience with Linux, openCV, ROS experience with Linux, openCV, real-time operating systems (e.g. VxWorks, RTEMS), multithreaded programming, and/or networking/socket programming a plus; experience in machine learning a plus; experience with DO-178 software development a plus; interest and/or experience in working with hardware a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well individually or as a member of a project team are required. Must have good organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and be driven by challenging problems. Must have aptitude for continuous learning and interested in leadership opportunities. A valid/clear driver's license is required.
This position requires passing the test.
