Software Engineer Internship

As a summer intern at Merchant e-Solutions, you will:

Assignment Overview
The intern will build and execute test-cases in the following areas: functional, integration, performance, and stress. S/He will write, execute and refactor automated test cases and utilize automation frameworks and tools built using Selenium, Jmeter or other open-source tools. They will work with cross-team product owners, developers and quality engineers to support QA processes. S/he will use Agile methodology in all phases of the iterative software development lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:
·       Current student working toward a bachelor’s degree
·       Rising Senior preferred
·       Must have sufficient credits to demonstrate completion through junior year of degree eligible program
·       Minimum GPA of 3.0

·      Ability to quickly learn new technologies
·      Strong written and verbal communications skills
·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
·      Demonstrated track record of balancing multiple competing priorities
·      Familiarity and/or experience with Java technologies
·      Experience leading teams, committees, clubs, or other organizations

Salary:
·       Hourly rate of $20.00/hour for actual hours worked
·       Overtime eligible
·       Parking is paid for by the company
·       Free drinks and snacks are available to all employees
·       Assignment is 10-12 weeks in length
