Entry Level Management Training

Red Belt is hiring for a FULL TIME position as an ENTRY LEVEL management trainee

Red Belt efficiently and successfully trains candidates in the entry-level account management role in:
- Person-to-person communications
- Building brand awareness/responsiveness
- Impulse
- Relationship/rapport management
- Sales/marketing presentations

Red Belt focuses on gaining long-term customers for our clients through sales and marketing strategies. Brand awareness through sales is the fundamental base of every company. Growth is determined by sales, and our main goal is to assist our clients in achieving their preset growth objectives. Qualified candidates in our account management department will be driven, focused, enthusiastic and committed. Advancement is determined by individual performance.

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills

- College Degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in related fields
