Engineering Talent Development Professional

We produce, distribute, and sell cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates, and related building materials in more than 50 countries, and we maintain trade relationships in close to 100 nations.
CEMEX’s U.S. network includes 9 cement plants, 43 strategically located distribution terminals, 57 aggregate quarries and more than 270 ready-mix concrete plants. 
We are currently looking for Engineering graduates (Preferably Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering graduates) to take part in our Talent Development Program. This program is a one year program involving training opportunities and travel across our 9 Cement Plants here in the US that is designed to develop candidates to become subject matter experts in Cement Production, develop leadership and management capabilities and develop a collaborative network in a global organization spanning over 50 countries and over 44,000 employees 
This opportunity will provide on site and real world training at our Cement Plants across the US. Qualified candidates should expect to be hands on, working in an industrial environment taking samples, running tests, analyzing data and working on projects through out the facility. 
Qualified Candidates should have the following:
1. An Engineering Degree (Preferably in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
2. Must be open to relocation 
3. A GPA of 2.5 or higher is preferred
4. Strong computer skills, specifically MS Excel and other MS Office Software. 
5. Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb ladders, stairs, work at heights, and confined spaces. Ability to work in heat, noise, dust or all weather conditions. Ability to wear appropriate safety equipment and comply with all Company and MSHA required safety regulations.
