Digital Marketing Coordinator

TECKpert has an opening for a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator. This position will be an onsite assignment located in Miami, FL. Please view the details below and apply if you meet the qualification and are interested in the opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Manage website content.
- Coordinate with in-house marketing and sales team.
- Research and write content for the real estate market in greater Miami and its neighborhoods.
- Monitor competitor websites and social media for trends and ideas that can benefit our digital properties.
- Work with our SEO Manager to implement, analyze and modify content to improve rankings.
- Develop key sections of our website from condos to neighborhoods, commercial real estate, international, and agent recruiting.
- Generate analytics reports and interpret results.
- Work with our tech teams on improving the effectiveness and performance of our website properties.
- Report to Director of Marketing.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in marketing and/or advertising in a professional setting.
- Excellent content creation skills.
- Demonstrate examples of past work experience related to this opportunity.
- Past experience in the residential real estate industry.
- Understanding of important metrics used to track campaign success.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing tools including, but not limited to, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
- Possess strong business ethics; be reliable and dependable.
- Experience with email marketing and content management.
- Experience with search engine optimization (SEO).
