Video Producer
Money Map Press, an Agora Company, seeks a talented Video Producer, ideally with exceptional people skills and production experience to join Client's internal video team.
The ideal candidate has expertise in identifying goals as well as building and managing internal/external video resources.
The Video Producer balances strategy, communications and video direction as we continue to strive for storytelling and character development. Working within the marketing team, this role is responsible for delivering best-in-class video content while setting the future vision and tone for video services.

Responsibilities
- Ability to plan and strategize production events both in house and off-site.
- Ability to oversee and manage production of multiple events centered around a marketing campaign or specific event.
- Ability to leverage existing assets to create new video content that is on-brand, high quality and breakthrough.
- Ability to communicate with and understand production requests of internal stakeholders and transfer this knowledge into an actionable production plan and timeline.
- Collaborate with cross-department stakeholders including project managers, marketers, copywriters and designers.
- Design and manage production schedules, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining project deadlines.
- Assist with internal video productions projects including the areas of production and/or post-production.
- Represent the production team when working with third party production partners.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally.

Skills
- Exceptional people and diplomacy skills.
- Essential knowledge of video best practices and storytelling.
- Creation/production of video and web-based projects.
- Project management skills.
- Must be highly organized and an effective communicator.
- Ability to demonstrate a proficiency in high-quality production and attention to detail.
- Ability to tailor voice and visual approach in videos to align with specific customer segments.
Additional Skills May Include
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite of software and video editing software i.e. Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, etc.
- Photography experience
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with video production equipment including camera operation, lighting and sound recording
- Experience in post-production: video editing, motion graphics and design
- Experience with asset management of photos and videos
- Experience working for or with agency partners
- Familiarity with current video best practices and technical proficiencies with modern workflows and content types.
