Year after year the group has been working on a much better way of using data: shoppers' data, sell-out data, data accuracy and levels of granularity…
Customer logistics specifically focus on improving end-to-end efficiency and on shelf availability so that it becomes easier to better serve our clients for the optimal costs
The key enablers to work on these objectives will be:
Supply chain end-to-end costs (including in store replenishment)
OOS follow ups
Consumer price follow up, and mix management
Store data mining at sku level.
Translation of all new efficiencies into additional margin and cash
These indicators are about :
Cash (generated thanks to beverages category and specifically by KO products), GMROI and free cash flow
Net margin approach per sku at different levels of granularity and value creation (mass margin)
On shelf availability
