Safety Supervisor, Honeywell Building Solutions, Macau

·Meet HSE annual AOP goals & targets including TCIR, LWDCIR, SOS rate, CA, HSEMS score;

·Ensure compliance with Honeywell corporate HSE standards and related government requirements;

·Deploy SOM and Playbook 100% at customer sites.

 

·Site-walk with customer and main contractor for the projects you are responsible for and report safety status 

·Conduct safety review at project sites (include subcontractors’ works ), follow up audit findings, identify corrective action, follow up for completion, to ensure compliance to safety requirements

·Report to project-in-charge regularly on safety compliance issues & action status

·Provide HSE training to employees & subcontractors to improve their HSE awareness

·Share HSE information to the team

·Encourage employees to report SOS case actively

·Conduct accident investigation in case there is any accident happen

· Deliver corporate HSE requirements to all employees

·Coach site engineer to implement SOM and Playbook to reduce potential hazards

·Work closely with local government agency to meet local government HSE requirements

·Work closely with HK HSE Advisor to fulfill HSE requirement

·Submit monthly HSE report

·Complete annual Maturity Assessment

· Facilitate the implementation of ISO 45001 requirements

·Degree/ Higher Diploma in safety and health management

·3 years construction safety experience in civil / building projects

·Experience on E&M system installation is an advantage

· Should possess Diploma in Safety and Health management certificate issued by HK OSH ; RSO / Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health Management (150 hours course) issued by Macau DSAL and Macau University

·Familiar with the safety and environmental ordinances in Macau

·Good follow up and co-ordination skills with stakeholders

·Good communication in English, Cantonese - both verbal and written

·Self-motivated and has ability to work independently without supervision

·Has ability to work under pressure

·Proactive

·A good team player

·Strong safety awareness

·Have working right in Macau is a must
