Tactical Associate
In this position you will provide professional and knowledgeable sales service of our brand to help create a best in class brand experience of the Perigold channel. The ideal candidate will execute on strategic initiatives that will increase sales and brand awareness in the online space.
We are looking for someone who will bring account management, merchandising, and operation skills sets with experience in managing third party seller accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to effectively prioritize, and be comfortable working with fast paced teams. You will be primarily dealing with day to day operations of managing products, content, images, pricing, inventory and campaigns of our catalog available for purchase on Perigold.
Responsibilities
- Take primary ownership in proactively managing and advancing the company's catalog on Perigold.com
- Manage product listings to increase rankings and improve customer experience
- Continuous improvement of current listings
- Work cross functionally to ensure prompt execution & data entry accuracy
- Review and understand Perigold best practices
- Manage alerts with urgency on the Perigold extranet to optimize SKU performance potential
- Design and manage best practice for optimizing product listings/pages
- Monitor pricing and offers from other online retail competitors
