Project Engineer (P.E.)

CAI is seeking a self motivated, reliable and productive Professional Engineer who specializes in design and permitting of water and wastewater utilities, and agricultural pump stations. Project assignments include emphasis on:

· Water and wastewater utilities

· Stormwater pump stations

· Water control structures

· Land development

· Public works

· Water resources

· Project management

· Construction phase services

Responsibilities include:

· Design

· Permitting

· Preparation of construction drawings and specifications

· Design calculations and report writing

· Computer modeling of pressurized systems (Kentucky Pipe)

· Cost estimating

· Scheduling

· Coordinates and manages on-site engineering during project construction and close-out

Required Qualifications:

· Professional Engineer registered in the State of Florida with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

· Ability to work independently or with a team

· Excellent communication skills

· AutoCAD experience (Civil 3D preferred)

· Proficient with WORD and EXCEL

· Strong prioritization and organizational skills
