Marketing Coordinator

Position: Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing various marketing projects and processes.
·        Provide support to marketing & sales departments
·        Coordinate flow of information and disseminate it according to plan/strategy
·        Take a key role in organizing projects and executing strategic marketing plans
·        Facilitate internal and external communication efforts
·        Coordinate trade shows and events: schedules, registration, logistics, collateral, outreach, etc.
·        Support creation of marketing materials
·        Ensure that messages are consistent with marketing strategies
·        Supervise social media outreach
·        Deliver content via social media, e-mail, or direct mail
·        Work with managers to determine event budget and manage expenses
·        Help develop and deploy marketing communications campaigns
·        Research industry trends, competition and products
·        Help develop fresh story ideas
·        Improve communication efficiencies within company
·        Assist with collateral production and fulfillment
·        Assist with management of the company’s website
·        Assist with analytics and reporting
·        Additional tasks as assigned
·        Demonstrate self-motivation, self-initiative and ability to execute on new ideas, start to finish, with appropriate partners and feedback from peers/executives
·        Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
·        Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
·        Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally to drive successful implementation of marketing programs
Education Requirements:
·        Degree in marketing with two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Requirements:
·        Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with strong and quick adaptability to new software and systems as needed
·        Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software
·        Knowledge of Salesforce (preferred)
·        Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, graphics and marketing programs (preferred)
